Like 90% food would be made better if they are covered in chocolate. Like chocolate covered almonds are always great. Ice cream and chocolate syrup is a classic. Chocolate covered cookies are next level. Even Steak would taste great (probably, haven’t tested that yet but 60% it will work). One of my favorites and definitely a favorite with kids is the Chocolate covered Novacrisp. They are easy and a fun project to do with children.
Yield: About ~18 Covered Crisp
1 Novacrisp Sea Salt 1oz bag
6oz of Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
Sprinkles for sprinkling
Put semi-sweet chocolates into a heatproof bowl. Melt the chocolates in a microwave for 1 minute, stir and then heat for another minute or until melted.
Line a sheet pan with parchment or waxed paper. Holding a crisp on one end, carefully dip the crisp halfway into the chocolate and then set on the parchment paper. Repeat with the rest of the Crisp. Add sprinkles on top
Set the pan of crisps in the refrigerator until the chocolate sets, about 15 minutes. Enjoy
